At Rolling Loud, we want you to be fully satisfied with your festival gear and streetwear. If your order isn't hitting the right note, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Label and Ship

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
